Restoration Church leadership consist of 2 bi-vocational ministers and 3 elders. However, ministry is shared by every member serving the church and our community!
We believe that , as a leadership team, our goal is to equip the Lord's Church to grow closer to Him and to each other as described in Ephesians 4:11-13.
Glen Layfield is our Senior Evangelist. He has served Restoration for more than 30 years and has the longest tenure of any minister in our more than 160 year history.
Glen received his training at Eastern Christian College obtaining an Associate in Practical Ministries and followed that up with several additional course in Bible. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Houghton University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lincoln Christian University.
Glen works as a Designer in local industry, is active in leadership roles at Mountainview Christian Camp as a Director, and in community leadership as Deputy Town Supervisor.
Glen and his wife, July have four adult sons serving in various ministries in Alaska, New York, and Tennessee.

Casey grew up locally and attended Belfast Central School. Upon marrying his wife Kassy in 2014, they moved to Atlanta, GA where Casey worked as a police officer for the city. After working in law enforcement and attending online college to study Christian-based substance abuse counseling, Casey and Kassy felt called to ministry. He then started an internship under the pastor at his local church in Atlanta where he began to feel that God was calling him into Church Planting. Not long after, a call from his best friend offered him and his family an opportunity to move back to NY to serve the Lord in the greater Allegany County area. Currently he also works full time as a General Manager of a restaurant in Olean.
Casey adores his wife Kassy and his four young children Isaac, Elijah, Micah, and Adelyn. Outside of spending time with his family, Casey is passionate about hunting, playing/singing music, and studying the Bible.

Irving Newton has been a member of Restoration Church of Christ for more than 20 years.
He has received training through Restoration’s Bible Knowledge College program, graduating with an “associate degree” in Bible.
Irv has been an elder since 2015 and provides oversight for our youth ministries. He is passionate about youth development and has often served as youth sponsor.
Irv is a coach, mentor, and encourager.
Irv and his wife, Kathy live in Scio with their golden retriever, Kelli.

Jeffery Culbertson has been a member of the Lord’s church for nearly forty years with the past 25 at Restoration.
He has received Discipleship and Leadership training with the Finger Lakes Church of Christ, Wellsville Church of Christ, and Restoration Church of Christ.
He has been an elder since 2015 and leads our Elder Care Ministry. He is passionate about the work of Mountainview Christian Camp where he serves as Trustee.
Jeff is a small business owner and is active in the community as part of Emergency Medical Services.
He and his wife, June have 5 adult children.

Michael Stanton has been a member at Restoration for nearly 20 years.
He has received training through Restoration’s Bible Knowledge College program.
Mike has been an elder 2015 and provides guidance for our facilities ministries. He is passionate about families ministries and encouraging youth through sports.
Mike is a Quality Supervisor for local industry.
Mike and his wife, Cyndi are parents to five adult children.
